International order condition

 

1. Plant

 

 All plants are healthy and strong, and will be securely packed and shipped in      a hard box,
  they are sent bare root and clean of most soil . We will make every effort
  to ensure that the plants will arrive in good condition

  * while we ship we cannot garantee that they will not be damaged from  
   strike againt,termperatures and period of time.( Customer risk )

 

2. Minimum order is  EURO : 100.-

 

3. Needed Document Providing

  Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment .
  All plant must have the CITES and Phytosanitary Certificate
  ( issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand )

 

  3.1 Add 12.5 Euro for CITES  export permit (need for all species of
       Cactus and some species of Succulent)

  3.2 Add 12.5 Euro for Phytosanitary Certificate (need for all plants)

  3.3 Invoice

   the stock and confirm you again. After we receive your finalized confirmation , 
   we will send proforma invoice to you to make a payment

   All shipments will be sent by express registered airmail only.
